First Day of Summer

Last Day of Kindergarten

The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing. ~ Zephaniah 3:17

I can't believe today was the twin's last day of kindergarten.  There were times when I thought I would never make it this far.  Now I can't believe it is over.  It was an amazing year with the BEST kindergarten teacher ever.  Mrs. Stewart is such a blessing to our family.  Her dedication to her job,to the children and to their families shows her love for the Lord.  I am so very thankful for the wonderful year we have had with her, and the incredible past two years we have had at Asbury.

After picking the Roosters up from school, we had lunch together and went to get my sister to partake in some serious strawberry picking.  It was hot but cloudy, so it was the perfect weather.

Below are a few pictures of our day.

Their last walk to class together.  I just can't get over the fact that they are first graders now.

In the strawberry patch talking about finding the "juicy" ones.  They had the best time and didn't want to leave.

Nick-a-roni

Is that not the cutest Rooster ever?  (I'm going to be in the poor house when it comes time for braces.)

Almost done

A huge one!

A Bucket Full of Berries!

The mom

The weary one after a while in the berry patch.

Yes, he really is a head taller than I am.  He finds it amusing to rest his chin on my head and take photos.

Gotta love blue Popsicle lips.
